All shipping fees set out below include postage
and packaging for a standard delivery and these are the shipping
rates that will appear in your basket. Please note all UK shipping
is second class.

A certificate of posting is obtained for all items
shipped. This proof is required for any claim to be made against
the Post Office for loss or damage up to a value of £32.

If you require additional insurance and wish to consider
special delivery arrangements then this option is available.
UK Special Delivery starts at £5.00.

Goods shipped overseas outside Europe require a
customs declaration to be attached to the outside of the package.

Items that weigh in excess of 1000g are excluded
from the table below as packages rarely exceed this. However the
basket will accept heavier packages and will show you what the
shipping cost will be.

Overseas customers do have basket options of
having signed for and fully insured packages.
In
August 2006 the Post Office introduced new charging arrangements for UK
customers only which banded packages by size as well as weight.
Most packages are normally in excess of 25mm thick. International
shipping is unaffected and is still charged by weight only. For UK
customers the overall effect of this is that shipping of goods
over 25mm thick weighing less than 450g is now more expensive and
beyond this the savings are significant and as much as £1.75 for
shipping a package weighing just under 1000g. We are happy
to pass these large savings for heavier shipments onto our
customers! |

Shipment Times |
| For items
destined for within the UK second class post is normally 2-3 working
days. For items that weight above 1000g then parcel shipping charges
may apply in the UK and these items will normally take 3-5 working days to
deliver.
For overseas customers within Europe land mail would normally
take 12-15 days and outside Europe about 40-50 days. Airmail within
Europe would normally be 3-4 days and outside Europe 6-8 days. |
